01Agreement
By accessing vialprep.com, using any vialprep tool or service, or purchasing a vialprep kit, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase a kit.
vialprep is operated by Influence Media Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in the Republic of Singapore (UEN 202140293Z). All references to "vialprep," "we," "us," or "our" refer to Influence Media Pte. Ltd.
02Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use vialprep. By placing an order or creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into this agreement. We reserve the right to request proof of age and to refuse service if we have reason to believe you are under 18.
03What we sell
vialprep sells sterile preparation supplies (syringes, alcohol prep pads) and educational materials (printed cards, digital guides, video tutorials).
We do not sell, manufacture, prescribe, or distribute peptides, hormones, or controlled substances. What you inject is a separate matter between you and a licensed clinician.
Your kit may include referral cards or redemption vouchers for third-party suppliers. vialprep is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or availability of products or services obtained through third-party suppliers. Any transaction with a third-party supplier is solely between you and that supplier.

vialprep ships physical kits to select cities globally. Current service areas and shipping availability are listed at vialprep.com/kit. Service areas may change without notice.
Digital content, educational materials, tools, and the vialprep blog are available worldwide.
05Product disclaimer
All products and educational materials provided by vialprep are intended for informational and health optimization purposes only. Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- vialprep is not your healthcare provider. We do not review your medical history, diagnose conditions, or recommend specific compounds or dosages.
- The dose calculator performs arithmetic based on your inputs. It does not validate whether your dose is appropriate for your situation. Consult a licensed clinician before starting any injectable protocol.
- You voluntarily assume all responsibility for the use of supplies purchased from vialprep, including any health-related effects, adverse reactions, or outcomes.
- vialprep products are not recommended for pregnant individuals, nursing mothers, or persons under 18 without prior medical consultation.
06Assumption of risk and indemnification
Self-injection of any substance carries inherent risks including but not limited to infection, bruising, allergic reaction, incorrect dosing, nerve damage, and adverse drug interactions. By purchasing and using vialprep supplies, you acknowledge these risks and agree that vialprep is not liable for any adverse outcomes resulting from the use of our products.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless vialprep, Influence Media Pte. Ltd., its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your use or misuse of vialprep products or services
- Your failure to follow product instructions or educational materials
- Your failure to disclose relevant health information to your healthcare provider
- Your violation of these terms
- Any third-party claim related to your use of vialprep products
07Pricing and billing
Current pricing for all plans and products is displayed at vialprep.com/kit. All prices are displayed in the local currency of your service area unless otherwise noted. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Prices may change at any time. Any price change applies only to future orders, not existing commitments or pre-paid plans.
Subscription auto-renewal
Monthly subscriptions automatically renew on the same date each month until you cancel. You will be charged the then-current subscription price at each renewal. We will notify you of any price increase before your next renewal date. You may cancel at any time before the next renewal to avoid being charged.
08Refund policy
14-day refund
Your most recently delivered kit is eligible for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. This refund right is limited to one refund per customer per 90-day period. To request a refund, send one message to hello@vialprep.com.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If anything in your kit arrives wrong, missing, expired, or damaged, we will refund the kit and send a replacement at no additional cost. Contact hello@vialprep.com within 14 days of delivery. We may request a photo of the damaged item for quality assurance purposes.
Delivery guarantee
Delivery time guarantees, where offered, are listed on the product page at time of purchase. If we fail to meet a stated delivery guarantee, the affected kit is free. This guarantee applies only to orders placed within eligible service areas during business hours as stated at checkout.
Cancellation
Monthly subscribers can cancel at any time by sending a message to hello@vialprep.com or replying STOP. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be applied after cancellation. Pre-paid plan subscribers (e.g., 6-month starter) receive all kits included in their one-time payment regardless of cancellation.
Non-refundable
Kits delivered more than 14 days ago are not eligible for refund. Onboarding sessions, consultations, and digital-only products are non-refundable once delivered or completed. Refunds exceeding one per 90-day period are at our sole discretion.
09Intellectual property
All content on vialprep.com — including text, design, illustrations, photography, code, educational materials, dose calculator logic, brand assets, and the vialprep name and logo — is the exclusive property of Influence Media Pte. Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of Singapore and international treaties.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, transmit, or commercially exploit any content from vialprep.com without our prior written permission, except for:
- Personal, non-commercial use of printed cards and digital guides included in your kit
- Temporary caching by your browser in the normal course of use
Enforcement
Unauthorized use of vialprep content may result in:
- Immediate termination of your account and access to the service
- A demand to cease and desist, with a reasonable deadline for compliance
- Legal action for damages, including statutory damages, actual damages, and recovery of legal costs
- Reporting to relevant platform providers (social media, hosting, app stores) for content removal under applicable IP policies
If you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed by content on vialprep.com, or if you have received a notice from us that you believe is in error, contact hello@vialprep.com.
10User content
By submitting reviews, testimonials, protocol notes, feedback, photos, or other content to vialprep (whether via email, social media, forms, or any other channel), you grant Influence Media Pte. Ltd. a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display that content for any purpose, including marketing, research, product development, and commercial purposes.
You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to grant this license, and that your content does not infringe the rights of any third party.
We may remove or refuse to publish any user content at our sole discretion.
11Data and analytics
By using vialprep, you acknowledge and agree that your anonymized usage data — including calculator inputs, tool interactions, and browsing patterns — may be incorporated into aggregated, anonymized datasets. These datasets cannot identify you and may be used for research, intelligence products, and commercial purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.

12Affiliates and referrals
vialprep operates affiliate and referral programmes. Affiliates and referral partners are independent parties, not employees, agents, or representatives of vialprep.
vialprep is not responsible for any claims, representations, or promises made by affiliates or referral partners that exceed or contradict our official product descriptions, disclaimers, or these terms. If an affiliate makes a claim about vialprep products that seems too good to be true, it probably is — refer to this site for accurate information.
Affiliate and referral programmes are subject to separate terms between vialprep and the affiliate.
13Supply chain and substitution
We reserve the right to substitute equivalent products in your kit if specific items become unavailable due to supply chain disruptions, regulatory changes, or other factors outside our reasonable control, provided the substitution does not materially reduce the kit's intended functionality.
In the event of extended supply disruptions, we may pause subscriptions and notify you via email. No charges will be applied during a pause. If we cannot fulfil your order within 30 days of the expected delivery date, you are entitled to a full refund for the unfulfilled kit.
14Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, vialprep's total aggregate liability for any and all claims arising from your use of our products or services is limited to the total amount you paid to vialprep in the 12 months preceding the claim.
In no event shall vialprep, Influence Media Pte. Ltd., its directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Adverse health outcomes from self-injection or use of any substance
- Incorrect use of the dose calculator or educational materials
- Delays or failures caused by third-party couriers, payment processors, or other service providers
- Products or services obtained through third-party suppliers via redemption cards
- Force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, war, terrorism, labour disputes, supply chain disruptions, and regulatory changes
- Loss or damage to compounds, protocols, or substances you source independently
- Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
15Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use vialprep content, tools, or educational materials to create competing products or services
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content from vialprep.com
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense vialprep content or materials without written permission
- Misrepresent your affiliation with vialprep or imply endorsement
- Use vialprep tools or services for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, databases, or other users' data
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information (including for refund claims)
Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of your account and access, with or without notice.
16Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms, or its breach, termination, or invalidity, shall be resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in accordance with its then-current rules. The seat of arbitration shall be Singapore. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral tribunal shall consist of a sole arbitrator.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights. Claims eligible for the Small Claims Tribunals of Singapore may be brought there instead of arbitration.
17Force majeure
vialprep shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these terms to the extent such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, government orders or restrictions, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labour disputes, supply chain disruptions, shipping delays, raw material shortages, regulatory changes, power outages, internet failures, or acts of God.
If a force majeure event continues for more than 60 days, either party may terminate the affected subscription by written notice, and you will receive a pro-rata refund for any pre-paid but undelivered kits.
18Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. For material changes, we will provide notice via email or prominent site notice at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of vialprep after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must stop using vialprep and may request a pro-rata refund for any pre-paid but undelivered kits.
19Severability
If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or arbitral tribunal of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
20Entire agreement
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and vialprep regarding your use of the service. They supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
